transiting saturn in capricorn is moving closer to pluto for a january 22 conjunction for the first time in 500 years. i can’t remember living through one but i wonder if that sense of constantly pushing through resistance, entrapment, suffocation, everything is becoming untenable will continue or even accelerate until this event. humanity has experienced this all before over centuries of 31-37 year cycles, but they have never had the awareness and preparation that we do, the archetype of pluto had not been fully awoken into consciousness until being discovered in 1930. we now know more about pluto than we ever have, so we know more about ourselves. one dynamic of the archetype is the ‘angel’ or inner self helper, but we don’t see this. the other pluto dynamic is not a ‘curse’ or prophecy - it expresses in the figures of public life and corporations built on greed, consumption, and corruption, the abuses of authority, the leaders who rule by fear, lies, and devision, the ones with such lustre for power and indecency. these are the projected figures and interpretations of pluto walking amongst us, and then it’s important to remember that the inherent nature of pluto is truth, deaths, ending, and transformation. even the most wicked and tyrannous of men are not immune to the lord of the underworld’s orders. the one within themselves and the one inside of us.

Saw a news helicopter shot of the 2020 conjunction and there were Galilean moons in it! 

So imagine being Galileo jizzing in your stockings that there are flying machines with telescopes buzzing around our skies. Average people own telescopes better than he could imagine.
