#2020 theme

Aka “The Theme of 2020/2021” so far . . . .

Suddenly Seymour is standing beside me...I wish.  He would fix our 15 year old fake tree I’m now calling Audrey III.  Last year a section of lights in the middle wouldn’t light and D wasn’t happy.  This year the top section wouldn’t light and after handy man me had a looksee the diagnosis was no Victory.  

I said to D last night I didn’t notice Cosco or anyone offering a beer Advent calendar this year so I’ll pull a beer at random (not) until Xmas.  In these days of Covid one must carry on and a spiced triple from Victory Brewing in Pennsylvania is so nice.

A progressive pennsylvania victory in the presidential election was twice as nice.

2020 energy

We're dropping the apathy and gaining acceptance

And if bitches don't like it?

Sugar, you stare them down and tell them

"THATS A YOU PROBLEM."

And you leave them in the dusty past.

January: Renewal

I've decided that each month of 2020 I'm going to pick a word as a theme for the month.

January's word is renewal. Makes sense since it's the start of the year.

The OED defines it as follows. I'm sticking with definitions 1 & 3.
