I think I f’d-up my sleep pattern, which truth be told was all over the place. Anyway. I am dogged tired by 7:30-8p, and I'm in bed by 9, which means I'm awake by 3a. Do you know what that means? Yep. Online shopping. I have another year of hosting my craft party. This year, it's painting mini wooden Christmas themed houses. So, I needed to buy the houses, paint, and accessories.

Yesterday, I found out that my monthly premium for medical benefits for 2026 went up by $215. The ACA subsidies are expiring at the end of this year, which means, premiums are skyrocketing and a lot of mid-wage earners will even lose their coverage. $200+ must be the number because my homeowners insurance went up around that amount as well - annually.

But, enough about my charmed life, except to say, I still have a job, a roof over my head, and basically enough to get by, although I’m still afraid because the mess out there has started to impact my life.

Latest Book: City of the Lost. By Kelley Armstrong. It's a thriller. I just started it and so far, it has my attention.

Latest Jigsaw: A Charlie Brown Christmas. Guys, this puzzle is no easy task. But, I am challenged, and will get it done. That is, after I stare at it in frustration for a while 👍

Well, it's a bit after 6, so I need to get ready for work. In the meantime enjoy my scintillating post. You like it (wiggling brows).
