Public Carillon Masterclass this Friday

The Guild will be having a public carillon masterclass this Friday from 4:30-5:30pm with Margaret Angelini '85 and senior members of the Guild, Michelle, Kellie, Kaity and Lia. If you're interested in seeing how advanced Guild members learn and what playing the actual carillon is like, stop by! 

Everyone is welcome; stop by for a cup of tea! Or enjoy the music from the campus as spring unfolds.

Join us to learn about Teach for America (TFA) and to hear from Wellesley seniors who have been selected for TFA!   Presenting: Mala Radhakrishnan, Assistant Professor of Chemistry, Wellesley College (and TFA alumna)  Lisa Krauthamer, Managing Director at Teach for America Hear also from a current Teach For America corps member as well as an incoming corps member from the Wellesley College Class of 2014.

Pauline Oliveros leads a Deep Listening Workshop at the Hay Amphitheatre (behind the Lulu) from 12:30 - 1:30 ("cultivate a heightened awareness of your sonic environment"), then, at 4:30, she'll do a site-specific musical performance, either at Severance Green, or at the Greenhouses (if it's raining).  An amazing person with whom to celebrate Earth Day!

The Lover: A THST Independent Study

Wellesley Theater Presents Harold Pinter’s The Lover: A Theater Studies Independent Study directed by Claudia Bach ‘14.
