1323... neues Jahr neues Leben.

Nachdem nun einige Monate - mit sau vielen Veränderungen und wesentlich mehr Tiefen als Höhen - vergangen sind, hab ich die Kraft wiedergefunden weiter zu machen...mich selbst wieder wichtiger zu nehmen...mich mit mir selbst auseinander zu setzten - ins reine zu kommen.

Zu Leben!

20 in 20: wk 6 check in

Half marathon in 5 days, I'm sure I've gained weight, just not going to bother with the scale for now.

Just need to get through the race, then reorient myself to weight loss, my cycle of life for the last few years.

20 in 20: wk 5 check in

194.6, yikes, gained what I'd lose the last time, 3.4 worse than target now

Knew I'd gained weight this week, didn't eat the best, especially over the weekend

Got my half marathon in 12 days, Thanksgiving before that, just need to hold on

I have visions of weight loss lifestyle post race, I always seem to eat too much when in the throws of distance running, but I just need to get on the other side

Same story for the last 3 or 4 years, need to lose weight, get to the 170s, maintain that, then focus on distance running, maybe 2026 will be that year

But I turn 47 in March, I sort of want to be there by then, don't have all year

Lost 1.8 lb, made up some ground from falling behind the past few weeks, only 0.6 lb behind target.

I ate pretty well for the most part, save for some less-than-stellar options on my soccer travel weekend.

Got my snacking under control by just eliminating some options.

Let's see where I take things this week...
