So I managed to run a mile again without stopping! And I wasn’t totally done out when I’d finished! And I felt really good afterwards!

Walked a little further still, did some fairly hard yoga. It’s nice to ache from yoga again!
Eating was rubbish again today but this flu is doing weird things to me. Had a jam sandwich for lunch ffs! Still managed intermittent fasting hours though so not all bad. Trying to find the strength to get out of bed for some water now!

Did my yoga and my walk today and eating was ok bar a couple of extra biscuits. Can’t believe I’m a week in to my challenge already!
Well I have drunk green tea and run already today. I am going to have a 10/10 day, you better believe it!
Well I did some yoga! 10/21 is going ok so far!
4/21
Walked a bit further, did some harder yoga. Eating not brilliant but stuck to the intermittent fasting hours and I’ve had no booze so I’m pretty happy. Water still an uphill struggle but overall better.
I ate, I drank, and it was merry. Today I start again with another 21 days to make a difference challenge. I feel so much better than I did 3 and a bit weeks ago, so I'm looking forward to feeling even better in 21 days.
