Moonfest was a LONG time ago now. My best friend Danien and I set up a festival - a fundraiser for cancer patients - we named it after one of the residents of the psych ward he worked in. Apropos, because what we’re trying to do was crazy. It was fun! It was REALLY hard to do... seriously, it was a nightmare. I wouldn’t trade it for the world! Dan believed in pushing oneself past their comfort zone. He inspires me to this day! I miss him a lot. To all those with big dreams. Find the crazy ones like you, let them help you through the hard times! Laugh at yourself! Love them, because you never know when you’ll be looking through old photos wishing they were still here.
