Two and Four date (2/4/24)
A date for a date!
Since today is 2/4/24, and the ship for Two and Four is 24, I drew this.
(I DON'T see them as siblings, please don't cancel me - respect my ship likings.)

P90X3/Running
I got P90X3 yesterday and i'm excited to start it tomorrow! I'm watching the Overview guide now and i'm already like this one better than I did X2.
Yesterday I ran my 3 miles, i'm supposed to to do 5 miles today but i'm feeling a tad wiped (granted the day is not over yet).
Yesterday I burned 1300 caloried between running and teaching class but i'm also doing the 24 day challenge so my diet has changed. Where I would normally grab a candy bar or donuts, i'm eat less "instant energy" foods and more protein and veggies. The change is more protein as I realized that I don't really eat that much protein.
IN just 5 days i'm down 6lbs so this is a good thing. I'm still in the cleansing phase I"m curious to see what happens when I start a hardcore workout on Monday along with my running.
I'm ready to Bring it!
IF you want into my P90X3 group, message me now, we will work through the process at the same time and keep each other accountable. I'm doing it anyway so you may as well join in :) Summer is coming and you can completely change your body by the time it gets here. Just 30 minutes a day.

Gentle jog this morning after a week of NO running whatsoever.
Breakfast: a small bowl of oatbran
Lunch: a poached egg on top of a poached pork steak with 2 sprigs of kale
Snack: a banana
Snack: a mug of hot milk with 1 tsp agave syrup
