Good Bye, Jack... for now!

Thank you Jack for 8 great years of television. Amazing how Wikipedia is already up-to-date with the show happening in the past. Here's some lessons learned from the show:

* Good guys use Macs, bad guys use PCs (at least in season 1)

* If you need to find out any information, you can run a protocol for that.

* CTU and other government agencies have better cell reception than the rest of us. They have much faster mobile internet connections as well.

* Torture is really really bad, except when you need information really badly (and you can't use a "protocol" to get it)

* Jack Bauer kicks serious butt the more tired he becomes

Fortunately, the series finale did not pull a Seinfeld or Sopranos and go off the deep-end. In fact, it managed to pack a great amount of twists and turns which will definitely make for a great movie.
