It’s always fun to see a show that I’ve previously played the music for.

24 June 2018
32 minutes at bedtime
This new app setting is helping me, for now. A bell at the beginning and a reminder bell at 25 minutes. Followed by an inifinity sign. All done in Insight Timer. The infinity sign goes off only when I press the ‘finish’ button whenever I feel I can’t go on any longer. This is doing me good. No minute of my session is a waste. I like that.
One can’t afford to wander off with one’s thoughts never to return to the meditation technique. That’s a waste of a meditation session, if you ask me. Unless you are using each moment like you meant to, it is a waste of time.
In fact, a concentrated session gives enough motivation and results to sit again for the next scheduled session. Lack of concentration makes way for a lack of result. This lack of progressive spiritual evolution can take away motivation to sit upright and practice. That’s the real failure in meditation 🧘♀️. Not cultivating the good habit is the only failure there is. For every effort made, there are brownie points in the subject of soul searching !
Can't wait til Monday. Agh.
Ready to leave my brain full of pain and agony.
Bad memories.
