Hidden Gem ALERT Merri-Men Drive-In has been serving for over 70 years in its original location, Garden City. Folks talk about mega portions of Food yea got that right Wowed. King of the flattop our first visit Mario a Mexican dude made absolutely one of the very best ever Chicken Tortilla Soup OMG his special recipe has Pablano Peppers and a few secret ingredients, a instant addiction I will definitely drive back for more soon. Our Saturday new restaurant venture was a hit , a favorite day to branch out of our area. Marvelous Hand Patties fresh Beef Triple Bacon Cheeseburger. Had a Mexican Omelette, Chicken topped Salad, Chili Special, Dearborn Brand Ham Sandwich, Fries, Mozzarella Sticks n Chicken Wings. Took a few boxes home folks not kidding about mega portions.
