This week Dave has asked me to explain how the Vemma binary compensation plan works, and how you can out earn the people in your up-line.
Now it is due to this binary plan that you are able to out earn your up-line, because it is responsible for you biggest form of payment, cycle pay. Vemma operates on what is called a 1/3rd binary, which is great because it allows you to have a power leg.
How it works is as follows:
Each product that gets bought in your down-line is worth 60 points, now when those points equal to 180 on your one leg and 360 on your other, you will cycle. Now how your down-line can out earn you is as follows.
If for example you have 1000 people in your team, 900 people on your left leg and 100 on your right, you will only be able to earn off that 2 to 1 ratio, meaning you will earn off only 200 people right and the 100 on your left making a total of 300 people that you earn off. But if you have a person on your left (the side with 900 people) who has 300 people on their left and 600 on their right they will earn off all 900 people because of the binary plan.
Now what this allows for is for the people who work harder to reap more rewards, because if you work at the business harder, you will be signing up more people and placing them so as to balance out your legs in the best ratio.
