I feel embarrassed when I tell people I want to be a counselor, because I know they're just thinking about how I am too fucked up myself. I'll be okay once I can get away.

想分享我心目中#早餐 界的潘朵拉盒😁。 . 喜歡以#烘蛋 料理當早餐或#點心，因為最能把通常營養但不討喜的食材藏住，像菠菜胡蘿蔔那些；又簡單好處理，排除烘烤時間打好蛋液倒入各種烤皿中也不用十分鐘，丟進烤箱去忙別的事，沒多久香氣十足的#早餐 出爐。. . 烘蛋的烤皿還可多種變化，我十分喜愛以食材充作烤器，諸如吐司、烤餅、派皮、甚至甜椒蘑菇等等，變化多端又充滿新鮮感家人通常喜愛。 . 適合忙碌趕時間的早晨。 . 以#吐司 做出的台式五香蔥花烘蛋☝🏻️～. . 食材：吐司二片、蔥花蛋液一碗。（蛋液部分可隨自己喜愛增減食材如肉碎青菜末等）. . 蛋液部分：蛋一顆、蔥花適量、胡椒鹽&五香粉適量、牛奶（或鮮奶油）一匙、乳酪絲少許（也可不加）。 . 作法： 1.打勻蛋液。. 2.吐司以模具切壓桿平（沒有模具就去邊桿平）. 3.烤盅內薄抹奶油，將桿平的吐司攤放進去。 4.平均倒入蛋液。 5.放入烤箱160-170度烤15-20min（視蛋液內容與烤箱不同做調整，蛋熟即可）出爐。 . . #26apr2016 #breakfast #brunch #fooddiary #fooddiy #homemade #homecooking #healthfood #foodshare #foodvideo #foodvid #影片 #簡單料理
