Enormous yap session yesterday for 12 hours with co worker over drinks. Managed to stay on an even enough keel and wasn't too bad today. I do worry about mental health downsides to alcohol so will have to keep an eye out. This evening looks to be a cold stormy one so I've got the electric blanket on. I wish H was here but he's working again. I slept do badly that I think I probably need to recover tonight.
