[Translation] Khuntoria Episode 61
Hello everyone,
I've been taking Korean lessons for a while now and I think I have a pretty good handle on the language. Anyways, I just wanted to share my rough (very rough) translation of this week's episode. Please do enjoy this while you are waiting for the actual subbed videos to come out.
P.S. If I get a single complaint about this post, I will not be doing this again because it took a lot of time and I've already put a disclaimer that the subs are rough at best.

CAPTION: ONE DAY STAFF EXPERIENCE: KHUNTORIA SPENDS A DAY AS FRIENDLY HELPERS (09:00)
N: “We are stretching and waiting.”
-Victoria starts stretching-
N: “So pretty.” [Caption: Pleased. So pretty~]
KW: “Originally uniforms are pretty.” [Caption: Was there (ever) such a thing as pretty uniforms?]
MS: “Those two look pretty.” [Caption: Khuntoria makes everything pretty]
HS: “Wearing couple t-shirts.” [Caption: Envious – It’s like couple t-shirts]
V: “So Handsome.” [Caption: Nichkhun-ssi is also handsome]
N: “I know”
NK’s Black room interview: “The people wearing uniforms look cool. So I thought that I looked cool when I wore the uniform myself.”
Vic’s Black room interview: “I prepared a lot of pretty clothes but I couldn’t wear them. I brought a lot of pretty shoes too. Truthfully, I was really disappointed.
GO: “Hello”
N: “Oh, hello.” [Caption: Surprise]
V: “Hello”
GO: “Right now, we’ll be starting work. Today will be tiring.”
[V/N Caption: TENSE]
N: “Yes”
GO: “In the morning, you’ll be power walking”
N: “Power walking?”
GO: “Then you’ll be sailing”
N: “But we can’t sail”
GO: “You can’t sail, right? I’m going to teach you. After the sailing ends, you’ll be bar tending.”
MS: “There is a lot to do.”
GO: “And if the mission is completed successfully, a big gift has been prepared for you.”
N: “I think we’ll have to do well.”
NY: “(The gift) It wouldn’t be the resort, would it?” [Caption: Big gift = Resort (?)]
KW: “Wouldn’t it be a mission card.” [Caption: Big gift = Mission card (?)]
HS: “Big mission card.”
V: "Don't expect too much"
N: “I can’t wait.” (This is not a direct translation since NK actually says; I’ll be waiting for it. But this is equivalent to the English phrase; I can’t wait.”)
N: “Let’s do fighting.”
GO/V/N: “Fighting!”
GO: “Power walking using a 90 degree angle with your arms.”
-Vic begins to power walk- [Caption: Like this – Like This]
-NK watching/smiling at Vic- [Caption: Cute]
MS: “A lot of ajummas walk like that.”
HS: “My mom walks like that a lot.”
GO: “Swing your arms more.”
-Guests arrive asking to do power walking-
N: “Hello welcome!”
-Vic’s completely nervous and mutters what she thought Khun said in English- [Jess’s side note: OMG Vic is so cute].
N: “Good morning. I’m Nichkhun.”
V: “I’m Victoria. Nice to meet you”
GO: “You should introduce/greet the guests.”
N: “Welcome.”
GO: “Ask them for their names.”
N: (Embarrassed) “What’s your name.”
Guest 1: “Grace”
N: “Grace, you’re very beautiful” (Jess’s side note: Khun you’re being kind of weird; saying that to a little girl. But anyways, I’m sure she liked the compliment.)
N: “What about you?”
Guest 2: “Emily”
Uncle Jake: “So charming”
N: “Emily… And you?”
[I didn’t hear the third girl’s name. Anyways moving on….]
N: “Where are you from?”
Guest 3: “London”
N: “Oh, London. We’re going to start with stretching and she’ll be your instructor today.”
V: “Uhh… How do I do this?”
N: “Like this, just like this. Let’s start with the neck. You want to put your hands on your hips”
-Everyone starts stretching their necks including the studio (LOL)-
N: “Power walking is like this.” “It’s easy right?”
N: (In Korean) “Let’s go!”
N: (In Korean) “Oh not that” (In English) “Let’s go!” [Caption: (ah cha cha) Gosh let’s go~]
N: “How old are you guys?”
Guests: “I’m 12, I’m 11”
N: “12, 11. So do you guys know any Korean?”
Guests: “No”
N: “Victoria ssi, teach them hello.”
V: (In Korean) “Hello”
-Guests repeat and MCs compliment them on their pronunciation.-
N: “Perfect. One more time”
Vic’s black room interview: “To be honest, I was very embarrassed and I also couldn’t speak English.”
MS: “Do you think that Victoria can do well (today)?”
N: “Do you guys know f(x)?” [Caption: Perhaps, do you know f(x)?]
Guest: “I’ve heard about them.”
N: “Do you guys know anything about 2PM?” [Caption: Perhaps, do you also know about 2PM?]
Guests: “Yes”
N: “Really? I’m 2PM” (Jess’s note: I recall that 2PM was made up of more than 1 person; but okay Khun, sure “you’re 2PM”)
N: “This is the newest f(x) song, wow”
-Guests clapping (Caption: Anticipating)-
N: “Five, six, seven, eight”
[Vic’s caption: Shy]
N: “She’s very shy.”
N: “Five, six, seven, eight” (Caption: Really shy~ it’s hard for you)
-Vic dances to hot summer (kind of)-
N: Do you guys have any ideas about how to walk more fun. (In Korean: just walking like this is boring).”
-Vic skips around (Jess’s note: I guess only Khun finds her completely adorable). Then they all skip around singing hot summer.-
N: “We’re here.”
V: “We’ve finished.”
N: “You guys did great”
Guests: “Can we take pictures?”
N: “Of course.”
-The lucky girls get to take pictures with Khuntoria!-
N: “Hhaaa… Just want to sleep”
MC’s : “Looks tiring.”
GO: “Good job, the guests were happy. In ten minutes we’ll be sailing.”
-Khuntoria go to rest while the sailing stuff is being prepared.-
N: “How was it?”
V: “No matter how you think about it, this isn’t the vacation that I wanted. It’s like I’m not doing anything well.” (Caption Arrows pointing at Vic: Narrowed shoulders – Depressed. It's like I'm not doing well). “
N: “Ayyy, no. It’s not like that. I know (how you feel) and I’ll do everything for you.” (Caption: Doong Doong. I know and I’ll do everything for you.”)
N: “Let’s fighting (work hard/try our best). “
V: “Nichkhun-ssi how can you, do everything like this?”
-Nichkhun picks her up and MS get’s jealous that Vic has such a caring/strong husband. GO teaches them how to sail (I don’t want to translate this b/c it’s not interesting to me. Also, I don't think you guys need to learn how to sail.)-
Vic’s black room interview: Q: During the sailing… “It was completely my style. Completely the best! In the past, I really wanted to try sailing. It’s interesting (new exciting kind of feeling).”
-V/N greet guests (a lot more comfortably by the way)-
V: “Hi. Nice to meet you”
N: “Hello. I’m Nichkhun and this is Victoria. Where are you from?”
Guests: “Japan”
N: “Oh Japan”
V: (In Korean) “Is this your first time?”
N: (Translating) “Is this your first time?”
Guest: “Yes, this is our first time.”
V: “Easy” (Caption: Korean word for easy and Romanization for the word Easy (E Ji). Using English also without a problem~)
-Guests Caption: Really?-
-Khuntoria explains how to sail. Then they take the guests sailing. Then OMG how cute are they with the beach skinship.-
(Lizard’s caption: I’m hungry)
N: “You’ve worked hard (good job)”
V: “Mmmm…. You’ve worked hard (good job). Certainly, after working hard; eating the food makes it really…. Delicious.”
V and her Caption: “It tastes like honey! Honey~ honey~ honey~ honey”
N: It tastes like honey?
V: “Right now, it’s like I can eat a whole cow”
MC’s: “Eating a whole cow…”
N: Victoria-ssi, is doing so well.”
V: “Really?! Certainly, this just fits me perfectly.”
N: “Sports?”
V: “Things that take effort”
N: “You don’t have to tell me” (he’s basically saying that it’s obvious) “Can we do the bar tending well?”
V: “I don’t know but it seems like it will be fun”
-V/N practicing their bar tending moves (super cute)-
GO: “The bartender is from France. Anthony will help you” (Caption: Sunbae Anthony will help you).
Caption: Also gloominess…
MS: “Then he’s blowing up (getting upset)”
N: “You won’t leave right?”
MS: “So handsome!”
NY: Anthony (heart)?
A: “Hello, my name is Anthony and I’m from France.”
N: “Nice to meet you”
V: “Nice to meet you”
N: “This is Victoria” (Jess’s note: Doesn’t Khun look annoyed?)
Anthony teaches them how to mix drinks.
N: “Can we try?”
A: “Yeah, of course.”
N: “Victoria you try”
-Everyone compliments Vic on how well she’s doing mixing drinks-
N: “She’s good!” (In Korean) “Victoria-ssi, you’ve done this a lot before right?”
V: “Yes, as a part time job.” (She’s joking by the way)
MS: “Nichkhun’s is a red drink?”
-Khuntoria taste the mixed drinks and decides on who is making the red versus blue drink. Then they are totally cute doing their mixing drink dances-
N: “Let’s make a wager.”
V: “What kind of wager?”
N: “To see which drink people will like more.”
V: “Okay call. But it seems like Nichkhun-ssi will win.”
N: “Why?”
V: “Because you're so popular. The girls will all want to order the drinks that you make.”
N: “But men will order too.”
V: “You want to name the drinks?”
N: “Naming the drinks?”
V: “Yes, names that we come up with ourselves”
N: “My drink will be called Khunnie Drink” (Caption: Nickhun’s drink is Khunnie drink)
V: “Mine will be called Mini Ocean” (Caption: Victoria’s drink is Mini Ocean)
