Quivering

‘Very nice session. I have no idea why my body quivers sometimes when I focus my attention on inhalations. The quivering disturbs my meditation. The heart’s beat feels awfully loud during these moments.

Right at the beginning of today’s session, my breathing fell silent. It wasn’t the case yesterday. My breath never left me yesterday. It’s good to wave one’s breathing activity goodbye. It’s even better when one is fully aware of it when it happens. One such lucky session was today’s. It’s rather difficult to contain one’s cheerfulness with a session so good.

My concentration was better today by many times than what it was yesterday. It had to do with desire. The desire to concentrate and get a bit closer to our Maker.’
