A lot to say but TLDR: Vacation was awesome. I was more active than usual and eating more delicious/indulgent food than usual but I still came home and found that I stayed on track while enjoying myself ;u;

[details below the cut]

Work: Less people that were in the office kept me so relaxed and doing my best. I’ve been trying to control my stress levels while I’m working so I can be doing work motivated by... motivation rather than stress and anxiety. Wednesday tested me but overall I felt pretty good.

Exercise: I was walking a lot more on vacation (which makes sense) and swam a LOT. I got to go snorkeling which was all I really wanted to do <3 Overall it was so fun and I wish I could exercise like this everyday.

Food: I ate a lot of seafood and a lot of sweets (specifically key lime pie lol) but overall kept it balanced. I ate a lot more vegetables while I was there and I felt SO GOOD. Makes me want to keep it up and eat yummy veggies while I’m at home too. It also showed me that when I focus on the moment I’m in or the people I’m with rather than focusing on food, I eat better and feel better.

Mental Health: I learned that I probably need to be on meds like my therapist recommends :/ I have worked through most of my life trauma and I’m in the best place I’ve ever been in my life... but my mental illness is still there and its sinking in that I’m just mentally ill. Now I need to manage it the best I can.
