It's been over a year and I'm still thinking about it. Every day.

After reading it, i watch the series with a slightly different view. like. the author expounded upon a lot of interesting things i don’t think the anime has (at least where i am in the show) and endeared me to the characters even more. it made the experience of watching the show more rich? i hope that makes sense?

M, O, and V!!

M - Name a character that you’d like to have for a friend.

I’d 100% have to say Hak from Akatsuki no Yona. He’s strong (body and mind), playful and protective. He teases a lot, so I think it’d fun to have banter with him.

(Heiji is a VERY close second though, but I think if I had to pick who would mutually get along with each other it’d be Hak first. Since Heiji would be someone I’d tease, but he’d be very caught up cases and wouldn’t see each as much.)

O - Choose a song at random. Which ship or character does it remind you of?

For the Dancing and the Dreaming  - from the How to Train Your Dragon 2, and I think I’d say Hak again honestly.

V - Which character do you relate to most?

Shinichi Kudo/Conan Edogawa, I’d say, but mostly from a hobby standpoint. I severely related to him when I was younger, it’s what got me into DCMK. A kid who was a Sherlockian as much as I was? It was unheard of. (Only in the last few years has the fandom spiked up since BBC Sherlock and the RDJ movies ‘n such.)

I loved books, he had a giant library, he had a good sense of humour, loved detectives and wanted to ‘play detective’ (obviously it’s more serious than playing but to little me it was playing) just as I did. There’s a lot of other reasons but I hope this satisfies!
