Simple Pleasures

Today I was going to go to another river to swim, but after yesterday's campervan disaster I decided to save myself the stress and hang out in Granny Weatherwax's garden.

I have spent the morning picking blackberries, sucking the juice off my fingertips, drinking hot lemon, mint and honey decoction, reading, daydreaming and lounging in the sun in a pretty dress.

Luckily the dress is the colour of blackberry juice.

I could have gone swimming, or to a party in a clifftop cave, or gone searching for adventure, but today what I need is a zero-stress, relaxed vibe. I will do some yoga, and maybe meditate, and just enjoy being with my grandmama.
