today marks 3 weeks of staying in my calorie goals! and I've lost 2kg! i know that doesn't seem much considering if i was hardcore dieting i could lose that in like 3 days but you know what- slow and steady wins the race and i know the weight is going to stay off this time. ill never weight 70kg ever again and im so excited for when i can say ill never weight 60kg ever again in like 12 weeks time :)
