This whiskey is pretty good for cheaper stuff. I would recommend it.
In honor of St Patrick's Day, I'd like to share with you a new campaign for 2 Gingers Whiskey created by Chicago agency VSA Partners and shot by Vincent Dixon.
Based on the cocktail inspired adventures of 2 authentic gingers - Mary and Delia, I created a unique, whimsical yet practical look for each of the girls. Growing up in Wales I am very familiar with this type of terrain and it's weather, so it was very important to me, that the girls look some what authentic within their surroundings. We used lots of layers and textures such as wool & tweed, rugged walking boots with hiking socks, thermals, thick coats and macs. The nude palette added a whimsical element, enhancing the twin's Irish skin, ensuring they would pop off the stunning landscapes.
Liquor advertising doesn't always produce the most creative advertising, thanks to legal restrictions and a tendency to skew toward the conservative. But Chicago agency VSA Partners looks to upend that truism with a new print and out-of-home campaign for 2 Gingers Irish Whiskey starring two actual gingers who happen to be based on company founder Kieran Folliard's aunt and mother.
