What I REALLY think is the reason of Heechul deciding on long black hair right now is that Gunhee is off in Singapore and Heechul knowing that, didn’t want to have anybody else touching his hair.

so i started writing this fic about a 2hee college au and i havent touched in in months but i reread it today and idk if i’m ever going to finish it bc it doesnt have a concrete plot but i found it so funny i had to share the beginning of it at least so here it is

Gunhee felt he'd grown up a lot since the old days of being a scared freshman at beauty school trying to become a hairstylist. Most importantly though, it made him look better. Instead of his old unruly mop of black hair of old he had dyed his hair blond and styled it every day, not to mention he finally shaved his sad excuse for a mustache. Nowadays, as a junior, he was at least above average in the looks department. So why didn't Kim Heechul notice him? When they were freshmen, Gunhee could understand. He looked like a mess and he acted like a loser even if they did frequent the same parties and clubs (one of which Gunhee even DJed at) and Heechul probably came out of the womb beautiful and confident, but Gunhee was definitely, dare he say, hotter than some of the others guys he'd seen with their hands on Heechul's (also perfect) waist. During sophomore year Gunhee was in the middle of his transition into relative hotness so he was patient, but now that junior year was well on it's way he wasn't going to wait around anymore. However, Heechul was part of a group of really popular guys encompassing the beauty school he went to, the liberal arts college next door, the university on the other side of town, and the technical school down the block. One can not simply mosey over to a paragon of popularity. One must find the weakest link first. So after much research Gunhee sat down at his desk and looked over his options. Leeteuk probably wasn't a good idea because Gunhee heard he tended to ask favors of people he just met. Han Geng was off the table entirely, being Heechul's best friend who would inform Heechul of any screwing around he saw. Yesung was notorious for making people standing next to him feel like they had a knife to their throat. Kangin once beat up the entire wresting team while on a bender. Shindong only gave out information after listening to him tell stories for hours. Sungmin beats up people he sees hitting on aggrieved girls with his bare hands (and feet). Siwon was a nice guy, but will bother you about going to church for the rest of your life if you introduce yourself to him. Eunhyuk won't talk to anyone that isn't his friend or had tits. Zhou Mi was notorious for not letting anyone get a word in edgewise. Donghae was apparently a complete space case. The only thing Gunhee could find on Kibum was that people thought he was either a ghost or able to turn invisible. Kyuhyun was working on a death ray. Henry was infamous for pretending not to know Korean when strangers talk to him. Which left only one. Ryeowook was apparently a very nice guy. He was in the culinary arts and was rumored to be the reason someone as odd as Yesung was able to become popular. If there was anyone that Gunhee could easily ask about Heechul it would be him. So during the first big party of his junior year, Gunhee sought out Ryeowook to at least introduce himself with the express goal of eventually getting some information about Heechul of the “how do I get him to notice me and fall madly in love? Like? Lust? With me” variety.

Now what happened next was not entirely Gunhee's fault, though he would forever blame himself for not conducting proper research. After all no matter how many people he talked to he would have only heard good things about Ryeowook. The truth was, to avoid the mistake Gunhee was about to make, one shouldn't ask about Ryeowook at all. What one needed to ask was about culinary majors to which many people would have told Gunhee they are all evil. If only he had known that perhaps Gunhee would have gone with someone safer, like the guy working on a death ray.
