We tried out the 2-ingredient dough recipe tonight to make pizza, and it came out tremendous! Perfectly browned crust on bottom, satisfying texture, and no sticking to the pan! We did learn a few things we wanted to pass on: 1) Most recipes say use 1:1 ratio of self-rising flour to Greek yogurt, and just add “a little” extra flour as you knead it do it’s less sticky. We ended up needing to add about 1/2 a cup! So next time I’ll start with less yogurt and add more as needed so the dough isn’t dry. Better control of points that way. But today was “treat day” and 16 points for 1/2 a very satisfying pizza is still a win for us! Next time it’ll be less. 2) I saw a lot of concerns with sticking after baking. We didn’t have that. I used a round nonstick pizza pan, spritzed it lightly with olive oil, and made sure the side of the dough was well floured on the side that touched the pan. I actually pressed the dough out onto parchment and then laid the pan oiled side down and flipped the whole thing. Then peeled off the parchment. 3) To make sure we didn’t have doughy crust, I pre-baked it about 6-8 minutes at 375F before adding toppings. 4) Just to be fancy, I added some garlic salt and garlic/onion seasoning to the flour before combining with the yogurt. It was so yummy in the crust! Have you tried this?
