I haven't finished it yet, but the show's premise is that this guy working for an out-of-control bio/chemical NGO went batshit insane, was put into a ward where he wrote and published a graphic novel. The novel is about an 'evil corporation' that does biological testing on innocent people and plans to go full eugenics and "cull" the human race.

Some avid readers of the graphic novel ('the Utopia Experiment') get mixed up in a conspiracy thriller and wind up putting their lives on the line. watch it
