Little love had her 2 week appointment yesterday and is 12oz above her birth weight! And grown an inch longer! Time is already flying but it somehow feels like she’s always been here. She loves to be held up so she can look around when she’s awake. This is me now. Flabby belly, stretch marks, dark line down my belly, thick thighs, remaining stitches, engorged breasts, and a beautiful 2 week old baby attached to them 90% of the time. This is me now. No longer am I a size 3, no longer do I feel comfortable taking my promiscuous photos, no longer do I care about going out drinking, I've been cigarette free since November 2017, and I plan to begin working out next week. My daughter, the 8lb 5oz, 21 inches long, 14.5 inches around head (without an epidural till 8cm and it still didn't work per my doctor), is way more important to me than anything anymore. I really miss my body, I really miss being/feeling sexy, but the pain and experience I went through to get her here was so worth it.
