starscream + the hatchlings in my human formers bayverse au thing. The hatchlings are still mini protoforms, except built and incubated in pods to be used as living weapons. their veins pump a splash of energon, oil, and most importantly human blood

Starscream feels the same caretaking instinct you’d feel for your favorite childhood tamagotchi over them

Drew some bayverse Sparkling/hatchlings

I remember reading somewhere that they get more humanoid with age. But they star out looking like that… it’s like they have a nymph stage, like some bugs.

They are very cute in a scary way. I like their little chirps and barks. Especially their crudely thrown together buggy shrimp look they got going on.

I’ve been watching these Mourning Doves since they started building their nest in late May. I’ve asked every day since I noticed eggs if there were babies yet. This morning I got to capture this moment, and it was so special. I’m so proud of them!!

You know, I absolutely adore your bay au with babysitter Mikaela. Does Screamer ever end up laying those eggs ? How soon until he’s got another dozen ready to go ?

Also, I will never recover from the mental image of Megatron getting pummelled with a palmtree, that’s now in my head forever

If Starscream lays that batch of hatchlings Megatron will be on him again in no time, they are a deterant! He is keeping himself full of eggs to stop from having MORE eggs! He cannot cope with the hatchlings he has now and unless Megatron pulls his big rusty head out of his big rusty aft and starts actually watching them with even a fraction of the competence a teenage girl can they will NOT be having more.
