The City Government of Bacoor and the Office of Veterinary Services would like to share with all Bacooreños the following ordinances:

The Bacoor City local government started promoting their created and approved ordinances to discourage stray feeders in feeding the strays dogs and cats, instead of creating better alternatives that will also help the strays.
I don't know what their real intentions are but this is something triggering for us people who just wants to help the strays especially at these times that summer is here.
I guess we are just becoming less humane and compassionate until we no longer have those as a society.
The Bacoor LGU also wanted to assign dog catchers to get the strays but these catchers are not properly trained to handle and treat the stray dogs and cats. I feel they will just inflict more pain towards the animals.
The worst part is putting the stray animals in pounds where they will be inhumanely euthanized.
My heart is broken for the stray animals. We, as humans are supposed to look after God's creations but we just destroy everything.
