Happy Ramadan! Happy Sunday! RELIGIOUS HOTSPOTS Dear Papi Bubu, I think it's high time We spoil the padlock On the doors of our religious hotspots. Reason being that, In Nigeria, we believe in religion More than we believe in Nigeria. Why? Because, we are more religious than patriotic, That's why during campaign we advertise religion More than patriotism due to the patriotic mess We rubbed ourselves by our actions. Since nose-masks and hand-sanitizers are the oil Through which our markets are working; I think our religious hotspots are more co-ordinated To run their machinery with the same oil. Do not bite the hand that fed you, When hunger was your shadow. The religious hotspots were our solution centres Before Covik-419 came with her brutal revelation, Remember 2023, Selah! CELEBRATE YOUR MANGO (Dedicated to Saartjie Baartman) Over time, I've spinned the globe, Googling for the headquarter of Mango, The headquarter of big Bumbum, The headquarter of Steatopygia; But the ball keeps rolling And stopping at the doorstep of Africa. They never understood the paradox, "There is a bright future in your behind." Until they discovered Saartjie Baartman In the heart of the Khoisan tribe, Right in the soul of South Africa. MANGO FRUIT FACTS Now that you know that I love bumbum, I'm glad to tell you all that I know about the bumbum that will interest you.  However, since my Baby Bumbum is a Mango, I'll talk about Mango today, but whatever I talk about Mango, see a shadow of bumbum beside it. Right from childhood, I love Mangoes. Mango and Guava are some of the fruits that are abundant in my beloved native land, Usokun. In Usokun, we have a wild garden of Mango trees or plantation named Etibigbulogbo (Etibis) and Ugiriñan. These places are fishing settlements that our forefathers planted alot of Mangoes for decoration, nutrition and business purposes. So during Mango season, as kids and teenagers, we'll move in groups to these fishing settlements to harvest Mangoes in bags for nutrition and business purpose, we sell them to earn pocket money.  Sometimes, during holidays, we'll sneak out of the house very early in the morning to escape from domestic chores to harvest Mangoes at Etibigbulogbo (Etibis) or Ugiriñan. We'll eat Mango as breakfast, lunch and dinner because we know that one of the punishment of sneaking out of the house without doing domestic chores is 'no food for you,' so we feed ourselves to the full and bring the best of ripe Mangoes to our parents to bribe them so that they can forgive us from the planned strokes of cane that is waiting for us. Now you know that my childhood was so interesting and sweet like a Mango. MY MANGO BUMBUM EXPERIENCE While we wait for #Mango (Ugbeny) to drop on Monday, May 18. What's your most embarrassing Bumbum-Looking Experience? Mine is: There's this girl that I saw in my neighbourhood, her name is Aisha. Aisha is a black-skinned girl with perfect figure with all the goods arranged perfectly, every of her step is a Runway Show because something most shake and something in me must move. There's a day I was going to a friend's house to visit, luckily I saw Aisha in front of me. My facial expression adjusted with smiles springing in my cheeks, widening my lips gently while my heart popped hip-hop of joy. Aisha's bumbum is a dancer. When she walks the halves of her bumbum jiggles and joggles like a skillful footballer jogging two footballs simultaneously. I looked and looked and looked until my attention wrapped her bumbum, I forgot where I was going, I passed my friend's house, I was nearly knocked by a Keke while I was crossing a T-Junction because I was so into her bumbum and at the same time writing a poem with my phone simultaneously to appreciate and document what my eyes was enjoying...the title of the poem is "Dancing Waist". As if, narrowly escaping a Keke accident wasn't enough. I continued, Aisha's bumbum intoxicated me until I bumped into a Soldier, I mistakenly stepped on his shiny boot. My brother, the kind of slap that ministered to my cheeks, I couldn't recognise the Soldier's face up till today because that slap reset my brain to default setting.
