princess victoire targaryen ( 616 - ? ) is the first child of king victarion targaryen and queen evangeline lannister, making her the eldest sister of prince vhaegar, prince orion, princess rhaellys, prince aerion, princess visenya and prince daemon. she rode the dragon velaryon until it was killed in battle during the rose rebellion, sparked by the discovery of her then-lover cerise flowers as a spy of house tyrell. crowned queen after the sudden death of king victarion, victoire led the negotiations with the tyrells on the tararyen side and signed the accords agreeing to share the throne between both families. some say she was the one to kill her father, though talks of kinslaying remain frowned upon. she officially legitimized and married princess cerise tyrell, and is mother to prince lucarys, prince rhaenar and princess daenyra targaryen. her youngest brother daemon is her heir, due to the wide age gap between them.

satine brennos ( 652 - ? ) is a former prostitute and madam of a lyseni brother, the pearl of ruins. a proficient businesswoman, she was opposed to the slave trade of her city, and made herself known by buying and freeing as many girls as she could, though she was born a free woman herself. the pearl was closed after the donation of a fortune by khalakka davro, son of the dothraki khal rhanno. satine and her girls moved away from lys and founded a community of their own, welcoming those in need of a roof over their head and using the money they got to both expand and buy the freedom of more slaves. the place, that began as a single shelter-house, later expanded into a village named brennan, as a tribute to the woman who founded it.

davro ( 652 - ? ) is a khalakka of the dothraki, son to khal rhanno and his concubine, mellara of lhazar. he grew up as a rival to his twin sister thirri, both of them competing to eventually become khal or khaleesi after their father’s death. davro was defeated by the khalakki in single combat ; the brutal shortening of his braid by his sister interrupted his steady series of victories and became a mark of shame before his people. abandoned by his bloodriders and left for dead, he eventually found his way to the small town of brennan, leagues from lys the lovely. ironically, said town was founded by his former lover, satine brennos, with money he supposedly gifted her for her services. the khalakka’s whereabouts after his time in brennan are not known of syour humble servant.

thirri ( 652 - ? ) is a khalakki of the dothraki, daughter to khal rhanno and his concubine, mellara of lhazar. from a young age, she and her twin brother davro were bitter rivals in a ruthless fight to determine who would eventually inherit their father’s khalasar. thirri was always intent to become khaleesi, despite the disadvantage of her gender among the patriarchal dothraki. she was the mistress of rilla sand and ashford waters, before freeing both shortly after the khalasar's arrival in vaes dothrak, though some speculate they were actually rescued by spies sent by their uncle, prince orion. she eventually defeated davro in single combat, humiliating him by cutting his braid short and therefore eliminating his shot at the leading position within the khalasar. as it is, khalakki thirri is set to become khaleesi after her father's death, assuming the horselords do not break apart at the prospect of being commanded by a woman.

princess meerah al-amin ( 655 - 678 ? ) was the youngest child of king leander deukalion and empress tehreem al-amin, of those who are older. born with a lingering and ultimately deadly illness, the princess was not subject to the same responsibilities as her siblings and allowed to travel, which is how she found her way to westeros and the vale of arryn. posing as a storyteller in the eyrie, she caught the eye of lord aurane greyjoy, then a ward to house arryn. weaving story after story for him, she grew closer to him before falling in love. though their relationship was cut short by princess meerah’s untimely death, finally succumbing to the illness that had been ailing her since she was a child. her legacy lives on by the work of lord aurane, with the vale library he created in her honor as an ultimate tribute.

lord aurane greyjoy ( 653 - ? ) is the son and heir of lord orlond greyjoy and lady helna blacktyde. following the rebellion of the iron islands under the rule of the houses of tyrell and targaryen, young aurane was sent as a ward to lord jax arryn and princess nymeria tyrell in the eyrie, as a guarantee for his kin’s submission to the crown. earning a reputation as a rebellious young man, in turn charming and sullen, he gradually fell in love and abandoned his old ways for meerah al-amin, a storyteller arrived in the vale. despite their untimely parting after the girl succumbed to a terminal illness, lord aurane gave up his title for love of her and became a scholar, travelling both westeros and essos to collect stories and translate them into the common tongue. he ultimately compiled all of his knowledge into a single library in the vale, the meerarium, of which he became the dutiful librarian.

lord isaac arryn ( 651 - ? ) is the firstborn son of lord jax arryn and princess nymeria tyrell, named for his maternal grandfather, as his siblings honored different members of their families. he squired and was knighted by ser wylan royce, though he did not receive the same dornish education as a teenager as his younger brother and sister, lord max and lady cora. lord isaac was groomed by his parent from a very young age to accomplish his duty as heir to the eyrie. the young lord was always fascinated with religions that were not the faith of the seven, once visited winterfell for its godswood and dreams of going to braavos. he was reportedly seen with red priestess ashana of asshai, a servant of the lord of light, whose influence over him has grown to, according to witnesses, almost worrying.

lord max arryn ( 653 - ? ) is the second son of lord jax arryn and princess nymeria tyrell. the boy was born blind, though his twin sister lady cora seems to suffer of no such handicap, and relies much on his kin’s help for daily tasks. his powers as a warg, from his paternal grandmother lady jeyne’s northern line, did not declare themselves until his teenagehood, spent in dorne with his great-grandmother princess faye martell’s family. the twins kept it a secret until their return in the vale. lord max started out using his powers to regain some of his sight, but house arryn is quite secretive as of his exact whereabouts, and he is perhaps the less known and less public figure of his family, though he often appears by lady cora’s side on important occasions.
