Headcannon(s): Krel Post-3Below

After 3Below, Señor Uhl and Sergeant Costas co-parent Krel, Area 49B looks out for Krel, Steve is basically his older brother, and most of Arcadia helps look after him.

Costas is now head of Area 49B and let's Krel run experiments and tech work there on weekends, breaks, or after school (the entire base looks out for Krel). Krel is happy that people appreciate his inventions. Costas may also help Krel with nightmares/PTSD from the coup.

Señor Uhl makes sure he gets to and from school, has food, and learns about earth and the US. He may also help with nightmares/PTSD from the coup (from the first few episodes, it sounds like he has trauma too).

Also imagining the kids going to see an action movie (or maybe watching a war movie in class) and Krel has a panic attack with flashbacks from the coup.

Steve also constantly checks in on Krel and sees him like a younger brother. Drives him around and looks after him socially (protective brother). Also will help Krel after nightmares.

The Blanks are usually active and take care of Krel's basic needs (as best they can) and pose as his parents when people visit Arcadia.

Toby and Nana have him over for holidays (and Douxie too, after Wizards), make sure he has food, and makes sure he is looked after.

Toby, Steve (probably Arrghh too), and sometimes Stuart go to the base with Krel and hang out.

Dr. Lake helps Krel and Stuart with any injuries and health checks (both supply books/information on their species' biology). But, Krel gets really nervous/panicky due to the original Area 49B and Kubritz-at-school situations.

Aja calls a lot to ask Krel for advice (since it sounds like she skipped most of the royal/leadership classes). Meanwhile, Krel is figuring out life without having his title separating him from others.

Krel spars with Toby, Steve, Arrghh, etc. And they find out that, though Aja called him weak and everyone thought he was a terrible fighter, he's actually a good fighter. Not as good as Aja or Varvatos or Zadra, but he can take Toby and Steve.

Also, Janus Order HQ becomes a base/hangout spot for the group.

SURE LET'S GO!!!!

Favorite thing: His personality. He's kinda like an as*h0le- he's dry, sarcastic and gives unnecessary comments. But he's also very kind, soft, and holds the back of people he love. He would do everything for a for example. He knows how to handle situations, he remains steadfast when he has to and he always gives himself steadfast to others. Just ... his way of acting <3

Least favorite thing: tbh... the fact that he stayed on earth. I mean, it's so cute that he finally took the earth into his heart, that he made friends and all that. But I don't like at all that he wanted to stay there. Because he continued to refer to Akiridion in rott as his "home planet" and that is exactly what Akiridion is: Krels home planet. He has been prepared all his life to become king and since he has never refused as much, like his sister, he also has "more experience" at least he knows what to do. When his parents died, they said that Aja and Krel are ready to take over their thorn and that they should always be brave, kind and so to each other. And then does he not do it because he remains on earth? I just think he owes it to his parents to be king. And separating Aja and Krel just feels wrong. They belong together, side by side! I think they kept him on Earth because there was a great new character arc planned in Wizards. At least they apparently had big plans for Krel. But since Wizards was cut to just 10 episodes in the end, he was just there. And built. Just like in red. And that makes the ending of 3below feel wrong (imo) Favorite quote: "Hey, before the ceremony, Papa told me that we are all each other has. That's why I'm not afraid. Because... I have you."

What I would like to see more focus on: His past or his childhood. I would like to know more about him. Maybe he's not the strongest, but we've seen that he can when he wants! I would have liked to have had more Krel-moments, because somehow every toa main had their time to shine, only Krel did not :')

What I would like to see less focus on: He's smart - we know. He can build devices - we know. We think it's great, but we already know. This boy can do so much more than that!

Favorite pairing with: not romantic, because in the romantic sense nobody but I love the sibling relationship of Aja and Krel. I just love it, I cannot put in words!

Favorite friendship: Claire. Just imagine those badass besties.

NOTP: I don't like Kreli (KrelxEli?) to be honest. Pls don't hate me, but it just doesn't feel like anything romantic to me. They are sweet friends but that's it! Pls don't hit me hfkwjfg
