Im so happy to be proven wrong over the past 2 weeks. Ive been in mental hell and my anxiety has been taking over my life but some how within the last 2 days i was able to tell myself that it was all in my head and that my anxiety was just winning but i made a come back and won in the end. Today was a better day and i just have to keep telling myself everything will be okay.
