Where are the other fanfic writers who are in their 30's?? Is it weird that I'm puttering around on AO3 in between going couch shopping with my husband and setting up playdates for the kids?

I feel like everyone else is in college, talking about school and finals, and I'm like, man I better wash my son's soccer socks because practice hopefully won't be rained out this week. I was on FF.net back in 2004 or so and I feel like such a millennial hanging out with all the cool 20-somethings.

You guys seem to keep the fandoms going and it's probably because you have the time since you're not spending 25 hours a day negotiating with a 3-year-old about shoes.
