Entered a sort-off depressive episode, though not nearly as bad as anything I've gone through before.

But yesterday I actually did some skincare!! And I'm going to finish the book I chose as a goal!!

My phone case (long since broken and replaced) with the rainbow sticker I had glued on top of the shiny sticker that used to have queer symbols on it but the ink got scratched off over time, and I put tape over the heart sticker so it'd survive longer xD - vs my combination of two phone cases now, bc the new one didn't go round the side to help protect the screen so I added the elastic one, and ended up frankensteining it (literally sewed through with needle and thread) bc it arrived already broken -_-

Answered! but another fav place was, also in France, Saint-Dyé-sur-Loire, a tiny place we just stopped for a night, our bed and breakfast had two adorable chickens running around in the gardens, and the sunset above the nearby river was just stunning!

I've had Stone Ocean downloaded for a while now, but now that Steel Ball Run anime has a date more or less I was like, fuck, I need to lock in. And I had today off so I was just gonna sit down and watch until I felt like stopping, it just so happened that for the first time in a long time "felt like stopping" became I fit the entire first cour into the one sitting. I'm sure I would've stopped after episode 12 anyway it's getting a bit late but this show's original release model means I've got a completed MAL entry right here. So you know, that's neat. But yeah no, I watched a JoJo thing. Truly has been a minute. I had fun though, I was only extremely passively aware of what Stone Ocean is actually about but the specifics of its setup are already just entertaining, and so far I like Jolyne enough as well. None of the stand fights have been too crazy just yet and the powers feel surprisingly simple, but I don't really mind that - if anything it feels easy to come back to having not watched a JoJo anything in so many years. I really like Mariya Ise's voice and so Foo Fighters is becoming a quick favourite as well. I can't actually like say too much else really this is still a watch in progress, just one I've got a score out of already. The years have really eroded my outright love for JoJo I once had but it is refreshing watching more of it again and thinking "oh yeah, I liked this for a reason", so you know.

And here's another finished. Mostly watched for Mari but the show around her was consistently pretty sweet and entertaining. Did a dumb final plotline but not one that did anything bad for the main characters themselves so it was no biggy. Good time. 535 screenshots, almost entirely of Mari.
