3lbs more down and my sports bra is nearly too big. Most of my jeans are baggy, my leggings are baggy. I bought a new running top and overestimated my size, so now that’s huge.
Just hit my new lowest weight in years, I can’t believe how much I took my previous body for granted.
I also have taken off my smart watch, I’ve swapped to a Casio F-91W until I can get the digital watch I really want. And honestly it’s so refreshing!
Down to 172.4lbs 💪 not bad for someone who hasn’t exercised in a month and been suffering from a huge chronic illness flare up.
It takes 21 days to build a new habit, in a year I could build as many as 18 new healthy habits. Here is the start of my health and weightloss journey.
Here are the habits I will incorporate in my life this year:
1. Drinking 2-3L of water daily
2. 10k steps a day 5/7 day week
3. Flossing every day
4. Hydrating my skin everyday
5. Practicing my french 5/7 day week
6. Duolingo everyday
7. Doing my physiotherapy exercises
8. Reading 1h before bed
9. Giving up processed sugar (25g limit)
10. Stop swearing
11. Eat a side of vegetable/fruit everymeal
12. Stretching 20min daily
13. Reduce my screen time to 3h a day
14. Reduce my bulshit spending to 50$ a month
15. Journal and track my habits
16. Set time to have quality time with my family daily
17. Track my calories
18. Take more pictures of myself even if i think i don’t look good.
19. Wear sunscreen everyday
20. Vitamines daily
