What is the first anime you fell in love with? Why?
Yu-Gi-Oh, because it was the first cartoon my dad and I watched together on Saturday mornings.
Happiest childhood memory? Or happiest holiday memory?
Hmmm...probably the Christmas I got my Brett Favre jersey. I couldn’t have been older than three. I didn’t really care about football, but my Mom did, and it was one thing she really, really liked sharing with me, so naturally I’d play along, shrieking, “TOUCHDOWN!” and throwing my hands up in the air. It used to make her smile so much. That Christmas I was at my Grandparents, dressed in one of the whitest, frilliest dresses you could imagine. My hair was in perfect pin curls. I remember Mom fretting for a long time over my hair. Well, the minute I saw the jersey (which swam on me like a dress), I squealed with glee, rammed it over my head, ruining my perfect pin curls and my frilly white dress, threw my arms above my head and shrieked, “TOUCHDOWN!” My Grandad managed to snap a picture of that moment, and I even managed to make it to the local paper.

Hmm...I’ve never really given it much thought!
Would you rather visit five countries in five days or one country for a week? And which country/countries would you choose?
One country for a week...and probably Japan.
An embarrassing/silly childhood story?
I have one from Christmas when I was about...I wanna say four or five. I was brought up to be a very gracious child at holiday time, and to smile and thank a person when they gave me a gift even if I didn’t really want it. Now, this occasionally went awry, and I’d say things like, “Yay, now I have two of them!” or something else good natured but slightly embarrassing. Well, one Christmas, my uncle had bought me clothes or something, and so naturally the box was plain and unmarked when I tore off the wrapping paper. And I, remembering what my parents had taught me about being gracious, exclaimed, “Oh boy, it’s a box!”. And everyone in my family, even the ones who weren’t actually there to hear me say it, bring it up every Christmas.
Neither, really. I suppose I’m an early bird, but I don’t like it XD
A talent you’re really proud of? Have you ever won an award for that talent?
I’m a decent writer. I won a few contests in middle school for it, but that was about it!
What fictional character do you most identify with?
It’s a tie between Rei Ryugazaki from Free! and Hiyori Tamura from Lucky Star. Essentially I am a megane who overthinks things and constantly embarrasses herself!
