Countdown.
352 days and 174 lbs! Since I started I have lost 3 lbs which is kind of exciting! It's sure nice to see the number go down! I know I could still be eating healthier and going to the gym more but it is definately hard! I know I will get there because for me to be genuinely happy I have to be in better shape. We went to the water park this past weekend and I just felt self conscious and didn't want to be there. I was comparing my body to everyone's. The next time I go there I don't want to feel that way.
