Kendl and the Lowest Pair on LP!

Kendl Winter has been gallivanting all over the country with her latest banjo-tastic duo the Lowest Pair, which also features the versatile Palmer T. Lee on voice, banjo, guitar and suave, Midwestern style. Their debut album 36¢ (Team Love) is now available as a vinyl phonograph record, and the K Mail Order Dept. has a stack of them awaiting your call. You can order a copy of 36¢ HERE.

Dunt forget that Kendl‘s most recent solo album, It Can Be Done! [KLp248] (recorded at Dub Narcotic Studio by Calvin Johnson) is available now and forever more at said K Mail Order Dept. It includes such crowd-pleasers as “Rosie”, “Hands Behind Your Back”, “Centrifugal Forces” and “Rockin’ Chair”. Golly, that’s almost half the album right there, It Can Be Done! is considered a Northwest classic. Kendl Winter!

36¢ is The Lowest Pair’s debut record recorded months after Kendl Winter (Olympia, Washington) and Palmer T. Lee (Minnesota) decided to form the primarily double banjo outfit. Recorded and engineered by Dave Simonett (Trampled by Turtles) at Suburban Dad Studios, it’s the early pickin’s, sweet off the tree, a newly formed endeavor by two seasoned pros. The duo swap lead vocals throughout the album’s 11 tracks, combining Kendl’s banjo skills with Palmer’s midwestern croon. Prior to this Kendl has released 3 full length albums under her name for K Records and Palmer has released two albums with his band Boys n’ the Barrels. Palmer has also performed with Drew Peterson and The Dead Pigeons. 36¢ is out on Team Love Records on January 14th, 2014
