I had been having infrequent issues with ribber needles jamming and beheading themselves on the tappet plate. After comparing to two others (one very similar)it was determined this part has more wear than the machine=wasn’t something that was setup with the machine. So I very slightly adjusted the slightly too low area and smoothed prior damage. It worked like a charm! If this ribber needle could talk it would complain profusely about all the work it did all day today (before its latch end piece got machine amputated during ribbing trials & tribulations).
