I spent the last two hours doing some routine maintenance on my large resin printer, and I finally (properly) diagnosed the problem of these large flakes on my supports. I had assumed that it was scratches on the FEP film, but the real culprit was dust sticking to the LCD screen because (and this is user ignorance) the protective film had not been removed from the screen on the INSIDE of the printer. And while I try to keep a dust-free printing area- it was no match for 2 years of my dumbass and the increased static electricity from keeping my studio very dry (for resin) and the static powers of plastic. Oops.. The thermistor on my Prusa i3 MK3S Bear 🐻 got stuck somewhere during a print and one wire came loose. Luckily I always have some spare @e3donline parts to fix these issues as fast as possible. It's a tiny dove! I like to print small objects with some details. Printing big is not my thing, because it takes too much time and material. And i'm broke to buy more filaments so... Anyways, filaflex is having trouble again. If you look closely, you would see bumpy layers. No matter how i print it, extrusion is inconsistent. I changed temperature, print speed, retractions, cooling on, off... That feeling when:

You're sweating bullets because you're trying something that if it works out could be awesome, but if it fails, you're back at square one with your problem.  But you won't know for a few hours.

Mayhaps it's time to play some Kerbals, things are less stressful when they're being launched into space. This demo is awesome.
