++ 3 have entered the dragon races
"Hey" Astrid tossed her bangs out of her eyes with a welcoming smile at the new faces "Did you come to join the races?".

"...You rang, Mortal?"
Fallen || 3rdhiccup
Fires swept across the heavens, blazing as brightly as the scales of the beast that brought the destruction. The dragon was enormous, it’s long and towering body stretching across the sky while limbs reached out to swat at the angels struggling to rid their land of it. However, it was ruthless in it’s attack, sending the warriors of Heaven spinning through the air in the masses.
The angels themselves fought valiantly, arrows steadily shot from bows and swords held tightly in strong hands. After so much battling, the warriors were tiring, but still pushed themselves to protect their haven and friends.
Astrid was one of them, armed with both a bow and a short sword. Her face was set in a fierce scowl, tawny wings pumping furiously to carry her along. The blonde dove at the beast, sheathing her sword and drawing an arrow from her quiver, swiftly lining it up in her bow. She let it fly when she was close enough, swerving to the right when a mighty paw raised to swat her down. Astrid flew hard, desperate to get away from the wicked talons racing down towards her.
A loud cry escaped her when one claw hit her, raking across her hip and knocking her left wing, sending her tumbling down. A quick, pained look behind her showed the golden blood of angels streaming through the air. Wings fought to unfurl and break Astrid’s fall but the left one wouldn’t respond.
The dragon let out a feral roar and lashed its tail ferociously against the ground, causing bits of the heavenly pavement to break away and fall towards the earth below. Enormous wings flashed out and churned the air, making it nigh on impossible for the angels to control their flight. In a flurry of multicoloured wings and robes, the warriors were sucked in by the vortex of wind and soon found themselves plummeting towards the realm of the mortals. They scattered through the sky, falling towards various places around North America like shooting stars.
Astrid herself was plunging towards a small group of lights, tears streaming from her eyes both from the wind and the pain. She was more desperate than ever to break her fall, but with the injury and her unresponsive wing, she was helpless. Terror filled her gaze as the ground loomed before her. Angels were immortal and therefore very durable. Regardless, the fall would hurt. Immensely.
The blonde raised her arms before her and managed to draw in her wings protectively, wincing as agony shot up her side, only to be replaced by the jarring impact of her exhausted form striking the ground. A spray of dirt and torn flowers soared into the air, a deep trench being carved through the flower bed as the angels body came to a stop. She scarcely had time to let out her scream as pain flooded her senses, her vision soon flickering and fading to black.
“I didn’t mean to hit you that hard.” (( Hi! ))
"'S alright, I've ha' worse," she mumbled, rubbing her jaw.
"By the gods, you have quite an arm...."
+5 have requested and audience with the Captain.
The ship had docked in foreign waters, a sight none of her men had seen in sometime. While her crew was bust repairing and making the proper adjustments to the ship Xarina flew off to get some information on this new territory. It was late at night, and the streets were mostly void of people. The faint glow of her wings illuminated the alleyway as she hovered by, squinting and waited for her eyes to adjust to the light. It was then she saw a figure begin to walk towards her. She grinned.
With a hand on her spear, the pirate captain sprung into action, finding the strangers throat and pointed her tiny blade up against the vein of their neck. "Answer my questions, and no one gets hurt."

⌠ℐ⌡ — Jack settled across from Hiccup, his piercing blue eyes steady on the other. This wasn't like him, after all this time, he didn't think that the other would actually meddle with what they called 'black magic'. However, Jack was not complaining. After a long time following after the other, this was his chance. Looking at his own fingers then at the planchette, he rubbed his fingers against his own palms as though readying himself. Resting his tips onto the object, he waited for Hiccup to start before actually taking the lead and moving the piece at an uncomfortable pace.

A smile crossed his lips and he looked up after his single sentence to see Hiccup's reaction. He really was expecting a good response and didn't suspect that the other would be afraid or unsettled by the message.
