Feelings are fleeting
It all started when I saw him enter the room and he flashed his dashing smile that can make a whole room light up. I immediately felt attracted to him, as if he was a magnet I couldn't resist. Then, I started noticing him all the time. Whether he is checking the attendance, explaining his thoughts, or simply talking about anything under the sun, his passion and willingness are always evident, and I can't help but admire him just a little bit more. But everything that begins comes to an end. I saw how he has eyes for no one else but the girl he loves and I couldn't bring myself to stand in their way. One day, I thought I should get rid of my feelings for him instead of carrying a heavy burden such as loving someone who can't reciprocate and did just that. Feelings are fleeting, indeed.
