I feel like I'm the blueprint for dealing with death and grief for someone who hasn't experienced them yet. But guess what? It still wouldn't prepare you for it. Nothing will.

I have this friend who knows the girl he's in love with so well that he could tell how she's feeling and what's going through her mind just by noticing certain signs, and he's right every single time. He knows when she's ok and when she's so depressed she can't even leave her bed, when she's feeling low so she posts specific stories, when she's sick, when she's up at night, what she's doing if she is, when she'll be able to respond to text messages, when to reach out, and when she hates herself more than usual. And not in a creepy or stalky way at all, in a loving, understanding, and recognizing way. I was in awe when he told me about it and shared the signs. I wanna be known like that. To love is to understand. Oh well...

I'm never prepared for the long dark evenings.

4th November 2024, Ploiești, Romania

Lol, so I lived in this city for the first 19 years of my life and only now I learned there is a 5th railways station in it - and it turns out its quite beautiful, at least for such a communist city as Ploiești is.

Contrary to its lack of popularity, it seems this one is still used, albeit only by one local train per day to Moeciu.
