making fun of this particular situation is the only way to not make me feel so sad, jesus, it's just his bandmate that he says he misses, along with the rest of the boys, but apparently can't be named...
I understand the frustration, but honestly, I feel like this type of thing should be comforting to this side of the fandom. There should be literally no reason that the topic of Louis and his name should be treated differently than the other boys if Harry is straight and pursuing his solo career while Louis does his own thing with his music, his girlfriend, and his child.
And yet…..
Whether that type of awkward and intentional non-mention happens because he’s been told to treat the topic of Louis differently for these interviews, he’s still just used to treating the topic of Louis differently from old interviews, or he’s doing so because he doesn’t want to be asked follow up questions about Louis (like babygate questions, for example), or doesn’t want to be caught sounding fonder than he should be, or something like that, it doesn’t matter. All of those reasons suggest that there’s something different with Louis, and anyone with a brain should be able to tell that they definitely DO NOT hate each other, so it’s really not hard for those of us paying attention to figure out what’s unique about Louis and Harry’s relationship that causes stuff like this to happen time and time again in interviews and on social media and stuff like that.
