So, today was kind of stressful and I’m really tired lmao so I’m honestly just hoping that I don’t fall asleep before I feel any symptoms. I’m gonna skip meditation tonight, because I don’t wanna take any chances of falling asleep, and I don’t need to meditate anyways, all I really need to do it believe that I am there in my subconscious. 

So yeah I’m just gonna get to it, I’ll update y’all when I get back 💖

I ended up actually giving up last night and turning off my subs. I had a lot of negative energy and intrusive thoughts running through my head, and I could barely even imagine my skateboard.

I’m not sure if I’m gonna take a break again or just go back to my schedule of 1 on 1 off yet. Oh shit I’m late for band um- bye y’all! 💖
