This staircase was not easy. This was carpeted originally. Red oak treads and matched the existing floor. White risers turned out really even with the drastic curvature of the wall. The customer is happy, so am I. Here is an installation we finished today. We installed new hard wood in the room to the right of the foyer and then weaved the new floor into the existing floor. Sanded and refinished them both!
