Negative thoughts don’t/never manifests
First of all, do you think this is that law of attraction bs? Absolutely fucking not. You better not believe those goofy “you attract what you fear” fuck ass statements.
It’s not and will never be your fault when you go through something bad or traumatic. Your thoughts did NOT manifest that. You are NOT the problem. It’s NOT your fault.
Let’s say you watched a “coach” on youtube or come across a post where they’ll say “You manifested your trauma” or something similar to that. Do you realize how dehuminizing and ridiculous that sounds? You didn’t ask for it. You didn’t want it. So it’s definitely not your fault.
When you get a negative thought, a doubt, or a thought in general that you dislike—brush it off. Don’t label it as a “negative thought” but just a very random, nonsensical thing.
It’s simply not in our nature to manifest bad shit happening to us.
Cry and scream if you want. There’s nothing wrong with that. One thing about being strong is you don’t HAVE to put up a brave front 24/7. You’re already strong enough to let your emotions out, and that’s okay.
You can take a day, 3 days, a week to feel your emotions and be upset about something, and that’s valid! Everyone handles it differently, and that doesn’t mean you’re not gonna bounce back. Having a good self concept doesn’t mean you have to push aside your emotions and remain positive all the time. You are still a very strong bad bitch even on your worst days. And again, you will bounce back.
Some things just happens because… it just happens. Yes you can swerve and prevent it, but it’s not you who brought it up to yourself or to anyone else. It’s not and will never be your fault.
