Does anyone know how to report a tumblr blog?

I was going through the recovery/anxiety/self-harm/self-care tags and there is a blogger that is posting horrifying gore and other severely triggering things using those tags. I feel extremely dissociated and near catatonic right now. :[

Putting this under a read more because of ranting u_u

And considering the fact that a large number of tumblr users aren't full-blown adults, that means people as young as 13 are going to be exposed to porn and gore and all sorts of things like that.

It's great that people are posting warnings and cute things in the tags, though. I actually had to scroll for a bit to see all the really horrible posts.

(I'm still pretty mad though)
