4th Nebido Shot (Jan 4th)

Kinda forgot about my shot until yesterday but the receptionist at the doctors surgery was helpful and has booked it for Monday. I'm gonna ask about self injecting so I don't have to keep flashing the nurse lol.

15 weeks on T, 4th Nebido Shot

I gained a total of 5kg since starting T, probably due to water retention, gain in muscle mass, and ofc increase in body fat =.=; 

I've been consistently working out, 3/4 times a week and I went early in the morning today. Also noticing a lot more gains, but I have to be careful not to overwork my muscles or not I will lose em. Need to increase cardio to increase fat burn and warm myself up before hitting the weights to reduce the risks of injury. Voice is deepening, adam's apple is becoming more prominent and more hair sprouting. Oh and i've been losing a lot of hair lately--MPB?
