Apparently our chanter made a video of our 5 key sauro boss kill awhile back. This the nerfed boss. The fight is similar for the non-nerf (which is what EU has now) except the instance takes 3x as long and the boss takes little damage and is on the same 5 minute timer.

Things to notice:

Clerics wear an MR set if you have one. The adds that spawn can silence on an auto attack and you can't pot/dispel it. 

Dispel priority on the tank when the boss does Lingering Doom.

We keep everyone separated to reduce the chance of the entire group getting paralyzed from the boss. 

At the end, cleric pops Brilliant Protection and everyone burns the boss. We usually have the sin  blind and then the ranger blind. Fairly sure our glad, Meifang, also had a blind spear he used. Or at least said he used. The blind isn't necessary obviously, but it helps A LOT.
