This is a demo. No I am being serious, this masterpiece of a track is in fact a demo and I am still struggling to comprehend this. Australian trio Movement returned today by dropping their new track called Lace which is a silky smooth soul track with an effortless falsetto and deep synths laced around the track. Its been well over a year since these boys dropped their last track and I have to say that it has been well worth the wait as Lace is a freaking superb track that marks their return with style - Jakk
Introducing: Movement
Sydney outfit Movement have been quietly building a profile over the past eighteen months, by way of a hazy concoction of slinky R'n'B hooks and pitched-down electronica.
Nestling somewhere between Zhu's woozy grooves, Chet Faker's genre-melding balladry and Ben Khan's resourceful eclecticism, the trio sound remarkably assured considering a relatively short existence.
Signed to Modular Records, they're currently putting final touches to a debut album that should see the light of day this year. Here's hoping they can rustle up a couple more on par with Us.
